Ushers possess an observant, servant-hearted, and calm personality, dedicated to putting people's minds at ease. Responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests as they enter the sanctuary, helping them find available seats, managing the flow of traffic in the aisles, discreetly handling any special needs that may arise, and facilitating the orderly collection of the offering. Ushers are frontline ministers who build new friendships with first-time guests and regulars alike. Team members are expected to be fully present and attentive during the entire service, demonstrating a heart for God and others, and committing to spiritual growth through regular small group attendance and faithful stewardship.
