Your entire giving history and official statements are available instantly through our secure online portal. Log in to your FHM Church profile at fhmchurch.org/profile. (Use the email address associated with your giving.) Navigate to the Giving History section. Here you can view a detailed list of your gifts or download your official Contribution Statement for the current or previous years. You can also specify a Date Range to create a custom statement for any period of time.

To be included on your contribution statement for the current tax year, all gifts must be received or postmarked by December 31st of that year. Online Gifts: Any online gift submitted before 11:59 PM EST on December 31st will be counted for that year. Checks/Mail: Checks must be postmarked by December 31st.
